ST. GEORGE'S PUPILS SUPPORT LOCAL OLD PEOPLE IN SEVILLA
On Friday 16th December, in collaboration with the town hall and local Primary schools, our Year 6 and Year 7 pupils visited the “San Eustaquio” old people’s home in Sanlúcar la Mayor. Pupils from each school took it in turn to sing traditional carols and present the residents with their hand-made Christmas decorations. Our pupils sang in both English and Spanish, much to the delight of all who were present. The “young” then mixed with the “old” to chat and listen to anecdotes whilst sharing hot chocolate and “churros” for breakfast.
