The parents of the children in Foundation Stage were invited to come into the classroom to participate in class activities with their child in the last week of October. It was an opportunity for parents and children to complete an activity as a team and share some time together in what can be considered their home away from home!
 
THE PLANETARIUM VISITS ST. GEORGE'S ROQUETAS DE MAR

This month KS1 had a visit from the Planetarium.

The children had a wonderful time and learnt lots of new interesting facts about the sky at night.

They saw the different constellations, planets and even the sun!

The children were so enthusiastic and well behaved.

On Monday 10th October, the General Director and the Directora Técnica visited our school to explain to parents about "A" Levels and the comparison between entry requirements for English and Spanish universities.

It was a very informative evening. My thanks to the 30 parents who attended and also the the General Director and Directora Técnica for offering their support to our school.

MEETINGS WITH PRIMARY PARENTS AT ST. GEORGE'S ROQUETAS DE MAR

On Wednesday 5th October parents of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 were invited along to have further information about their children's time in their particular Key Stage.

The afternoon was well attended and everyone made positive comments about the school and the education they receive.

BOOK FAIR AT ST. GEORGE'S ROQUETAS DE MAR

The Book Fair will be with us once again on Monday 10th October. We always look forward to the visit from Bookworld.

It is a great opportunity for our students to gain access to more reading books.
