To comply with that which is established in Law 34/2002 - LSSICE of 11 July about Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, general information about this Web site is detailed hereafter:

Accessing and/or using the Web site of stgeorge.es attributes the status of user to these parties, who fully accept the present general conditions without reservations at this same time, as well as the particular conditions that, where applicable, complement, modify or replace the general conditions with respect to specific services and contents on this Web site.

Users are obligated to use the Web site and its services and contents without violating current legislation in force, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.
The use of the Web site is also prohibited for illicit or harmful objectives about BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. or any other third party or that, in any way, could cause damage to or impede the normal operation of this Web site.

For the purposes of preserving any possible intellectual property rights, in the event that any user or third party feels that there has been an infringement of their legitimate rights due to the introduction of a specific content on the Web site, this party should notify BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. about this circumstance, stating:
The trademark BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. and its corresponding graphic symbol is a registered trademark and its reproduction or use is prohibited without authorisation from their owner.
The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the contents provided by third parties is their exclusive responsibility.
IX. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction:
The present General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation.
BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. and the user, expressly renouncing any other applicable jurisdiction, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s residency for any matters that may arise from or lawsuits filed that derive from the provision of the service of the Web site and its services and contents and about its interpretation, application, fulfilment or breach of what is established herein.
In the event that the user has residency outside of Spain, BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. and the user, expressly renouncing any other applicable jurisdiction, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Cordoba.
