II. Users:

Accessing and/or using the Web site of stgeorge.es attributes the status of user to these parties, who fully accept the present general conditions without reservations at this same time, as well as the particular conditions that, where applicable, complement, modify or replace the general conditions with respect to specific services and contents on this Web site.

III. Use of the Web site, its services and contents:

Users are obligated to use the Web site and its services and contents without violating current legislation in force, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

The use of the Web site is also prohibited for illicit or harmful objectives about BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. or any other third party or that, in any way, could cause damage to or impede the normal operation of this Web site.

The following is prohibited with respect to the contents (information, texts, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.):

BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. may unilaterally modify without prior notice, whenever it thus deems it suitable, the structure and design of the Web site, as well as modifying or eliminating the services, contents and access and/or usage conditions of the Web site.

V. Hyperlinks:

The establishment of any ‘hyperlink’ between a web page and any of the web pages on the Web site of BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • The partial or total reproduction of any of the services and contents on the Web site of BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. is prohibited.

VI. Exclusion of guarantees and liability:

BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. does not grant any guarantees and shall not be held responsible in any case for any damages of any type that could occur due to:

  • The lack of availability, maintenance and proper functioning of the Web and/or its services or contents.
  • The lack of usefulness, adaptation or validity of the Web site and/or its services or contents in order to satisfy needs, activities or concrete results or expectations of users.
  • The existence of viruses and programmes whose contents are malicious or damaging.
  • The reception, obtaining, storage, dissemination or transmission by users of the contents.
  • The illicit, negligent, fraudulent use, contrary to the present General Conditions, generally accepted uses and public order of the Web site, its contents or services by users.
  • The lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the services provided by third parties and made available to the users of this Web site.
  • The breach by third parties of their obligations or commitments as regard the services provided to users through the Web site.

VII. Duration:

The duration of the provision of the service of the Web site and its services is open-ended.

* Without detriment to the above, BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or termination the provision of the service of the Web site or any of the services contained therein, under the same terms contained in provision three.

VIII. Intellectual property:

For the purposes of preserving any possible intellectual property rights, in the event that any user or third party feels that there has been an infringement of their legitimate rights due to the introduction of a specific content on the Web site, this party should notify BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. about this circumstance, stating:

  • Personal data of the interested party who owns the rights that were allegedly infringed upon. If the claim is presented by a third party other than the interested party, please state the representation under which this third party acts.
  • Statement of the content(s) that are protected by intellectual property rights and their location on the Web site.
  • Accreditation of the cited intellectual property rights.
  • Express statement that the interested party takes responsibility for the veracity of the information provided in the notification.

The trademark BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. and its corresponding graphic symbol is a registered trademark and its reproduction or use is prohibited without authorisation from their owner.

The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the contents provided by third parties is their exclusive responsibility.

IX. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction:

The present General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation.

BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. and the user, expressly renouncing any other applicable jurisdiction, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s residency for any matters that may arise from or lawsuits filed that derive from the provision of the service of the Web site and its services and contents and about its interpretation, application, fulfilment or breach of what is established herein.

In the event that the user has residency outside of Spain, BRITISH EDUCATION MANAGEMENT S.L. and the user, expressly renouncing any other applicable jurisdiction, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Cordoba.
